425g Self Raising Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1tsp Baking Powder
pinch of freshly ground black pepper
1tps paprika (not essential)
1 tsp mustard sauce / powder
200ml water
Other ingredients
Cheese & Ham
150g grated cheese
6 slices of ham, rolled and snipped into little pieces with scissors
small bunch of chives snipped into little peices
Tomato & Olive
150g sundried tomatoes
150g of green olives (black if you prefer)
Cheese & Herb
150g of grated mature chedder
2tbsp of your choice of dried herbs, 4tbsp if using fresh herbs
Preperation
Place all ingredients into a bowl, mix, turn out onto a surface, mould into a ball.
Place on a baking tray, flatten down a little, put 3 slashes across the top
Bake in the oven for 40 - 45 mins at 200 degrees
