OK, so this is another variation on a recipe courtesy of Mr Jamie Oliver, but it is truely amazing and makes sprouts dazzle
1 bag of sprouts
100g pancetta or thinly sliced bacon
100g cooked chestnuts cumbled - optional
Shred the sprouts either by hand (takes a while) or on the shredder setting on your processor
Fry the pancetta / bacon until crispy
Add the sprouts to the bacon
Toss well and keep moving for about 3 to 4 minutes until the sprouts are cooked but definatley not soggy.
