Fred

Fred is a friendship dough which you can only get from a friend that is growing Fred

The Instructions are:

Receive Fred from a friend on Day 1

As soon as you get home transfer him into a big bowl, give him a good stir and cover him with a clean cloth and leave on your worktop to settle

Day 2 add:
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Plain Flour
1 cup Milk
Give it a really good stir and repeat: "Fred you are my Friend" everytime you stir
Cover again with the clean T-Towel and leave on your worktop to grow

Days 3 - 7, the rest of the week, give Fred a good stir whilst repeating "Fred you are my Friend"

You are ready to split Fred and send him onto your friends

Split Fred into 4, you can either give 3 away to your friends and keep 1 to make your friendship receipe or, do as I do give away 2 portions, use 1 of the kept ones to make your friendship receipe and repeat the process again and then split and give away to more of your friends.
